SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Right and Left, we aim to ship our products in a quick and safe manner. We deliver our products all across India.
Shipping Information and Verification of details
Each and every address is verified to avoid delayed delivery and return of shipment. Please make sure you mention your complete address and correct phone number, or your order will be put on hold for verification. Once the order is placed an Order ID will be provided.
Order Processing
- As soon as an order is accepted, the delivery time for your shipment will begin. This includes a period of 2 working days in which our warehouse will process and dispatch your shipment from Monday through Friday.
- The product is delivered within 5-7 working days from the product dispatch date. However, sometimes it takes longer than usual. The delivery is done by a third-party courier company, which would be an extra cost borne by us.
- Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email and text message.
- The order is shipped via a third-party courier company to ensure fast and smooth service.
In the event of restocking, the shipment period may take longer and one of our staff members will send you a notification of the delay via email.
If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.
Track Your Order
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, and notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID
